How I spent Mothers Day

How extraordinary really!!.. I was really a day started with tears, and not long after the longest morning from hell, Noah puts in the yards to make me a bowl of pops (its name around here), two sticks of German Chocolate, an apple cut up (my favorite part), slice of sweet roll I bought him the day before (still left over in the car!!) and at the back a slice of toast with vegemite. He was alone, well Pascal was around and he did this independently to truly surprise me. He was aware of the bad morning, he was there, so was Pascal... but to make the call not to yell out to Pascal 'Come on lets make breakfast for MUm" and decided to do it himself well, it was a surprise and I was so in love with him and so proud. I am so extraordinarily blessed, and there were many gifts fro them both, the necklace Pascal made or me at his day care was well worth the pride of place in my jewelry collection... I thought what can I do for them? For without them I am not a mother!! I thought cook!!, no better, bake ....and together, soon after a quick shop, we were in the kitchen Noah making his favorite Anzac Biscuits, I Lemon Yoghurt Cake and double chic Chip Cookies for work. Don't mind that Noah drew the wrong pot from the stove and took the lemon syrup for his Golden Syrup/Butter base for his cookies, with the switch all still tasted sweet.

Which reminds me of these extraordinary photos I look at every day for my screen saver, they are of Pascal making Ricotta Gnoochi with me in Switzerland in Gerda and Jorg's Kitchen no less - so incredibly sweet and blessed am I as a mumma!!

MILAN Playground

Some great ideas for fun 

Milan Playground across from the centre of Comtemporary art that just had a Marina Abronovic Show on, next door to a modern art gallery that 1800 C art. I like the playground and bubble ball better.

Milan _ Cool central

Milan was crazy Cool - I am mad for Milan - I hired a bike and took through the town, here you see what i viewed from my room lots a MTV, the Dom central, Milan Train station, and the Piazza covered in, food was great but expensive, I spent time eating from supermarket purchases. More to come, playground.
